Judith Feucht studied Medicine at the University of Tübingen and received her M.D. in 2011. She worked as a physician scientist at the University Children’s Hospital in Tübingen and joined the research team of Prof. Michel Sadelain for her postdoctoral studies at the Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center in New York (USA) in 2015. She returned to Tübingen in September 2020 where she currently works as a physician in the University Children’s Hospital and leads her own research group within the “iFIT“ Cluster of Excellence. Her translational research focuses on developing novel CAR therapies to augment antitumor activity and on extending the successful application of CAR T cells beyond hematological malignancies. For her scientific work Judith Feucht has received several awards including the Curious Mind Award (2022), the Württemberg Cancer Award (2022), the Friedmund Neumann Prize (2021), the Kind-Philipp Prize (2018) and the Erna Brunner Prize (2016).
