22nd International AEK Cancer Congress 2025
March 5th – March 7th, 2025| Berlin

The fees for participating in the scientific program are charged in the name and on account of the Deutsche Krebsgesellschaft (DKG). In accordance with § 4/22a of the German sales tax act the above fees are tax exempt. The tax ID of the DKG is 27/640/57920. The fees for the catering and social get-together are also charged in the name and on account of the Deutsche Krebsgesellschaft (DKG) but include the 19% VAT.

The handling fees (incl. 19% VAT) are charged in the name and on account of Kongress- und Kulturmanagement GmbH (KUKM). The tax ID of KUKM is DE158265638.

Once you have sent the completed registration form, your registration is binding. Further information on prices and deadlines can be found on www.aek-congress.org.

Amendments and cancellations must be made in writing via fax +49 3643 2468-31, via e-mail to klara.kiss@kukm.de or via post to KUKM GmbH, Rießnerstraße 12 B, 99427 Weimar. For cancellations which turn in until February 5th, 2025, KUKM refunds 100 % of the registration fee less 35,00 € administration fee. If cancellations will be done later than February 5th, 2025, we regret that no refunds will be issued. Though, it is possible to appoint a substitutional participant. All types of rebooking as well as return debit notes will be charged with an administration fee of 35,00 €. All handling fees are charged on behalf of Kongress- und Kulturmanagement GmbH.

All attendees from Germany, Austria and Switzerland who have completed their registration until February 16th, 2025, will receive their personal congress documents via post to the provided address. Attendees from other countries and those, who register after February 16th, 2025, receive their congress documents at the check-in desk on-site in Kassel.

By registering, the participant agrees that he/she will not make any claims against the host if the conference in consequence of political, commercial or natural forces will be cancelled or altered in its program. Neither the host nor Kongress- und Kulturmanagement GmbH can be made liable for lost items, accidents or damages to persons and things, whatever the cause. Participants (and the person accompanying) of the conference and the social events attend at their own risk and responsibility.

Furthermore, participants accept that all pictures and recordings which have been taken during the conference may be used by Kongress- und Kulturmanagement GmbH, Deutsche Krebsgesellschaft (DKG) and Stiftung Deutsche Krebshilfe (DKH) for publication and dissemination.

In order to register the participants for the above congress, we need to process their personal data.  This is done for the purpose of organizing and running the event and requires your consent and/or the consent of the participant(s) you sign up for, in accordance with Art. 6 Abs. 1. S. 1 lit. a, b, f DSGVO. The data will only be passed on to third parties who are directly involved in the congress process and/or in cases where the organizational process requires so.

We ask you for your understanding that a registration for the above congress is not possible without your consent or the consent of the participant(s) you sign up for.
